Hotel Renegade in Boise Idaho

Located in downtown Boise Idaho, this boutique Hotel is their newest addition.  Hotel Renegade is proud to hold the AAA Four Diamond designation, an honor awarded to a select group of hotels nationwide.  
Unlimited Designs was honored to be part of this project by adding a GFRC dome on top of the building.

Viterbi Family Vision Research Center

The Viterbi Eye Institute, officially known as the Viterbi Family Vision Research Center at the UC San Diego Shiley Eye Institute, had a ceremonial ribbon-cutting and opening event June 2025.
The five-story, 100,000-square-foot facility, made possible by a $50 million gift from Andrew J. Viterbi, PhD, is designed to advance research and clinical trials for vision-threatening diseases.

Populus Hotel – Denver Colorado

Denver’s Newest Hotel was designed after an instantly recognizable symbol of Colorado, the Aspen Tree, also known as Populus Tremuloides.  Not only does this hotel have a striking tree-inspired design but it also has a Rooftop Bar with  spectacular city views of downtown Denver.

Studio Gang Architecture is proud to announce that Populus is the “first carbon positive hotel in the US”.

CitizenM Hotel -Downtown Los Angeles California 

The CitizenM Los Angeles Downtown comprised predominantly of prefabricated modular units, shipped from overseas, that collectively formed 315 guest rooms in an 11-story building. To enhance its aesthetic appeal, our exterior panels made of GFRC were meticulously installed to seamlessly conceal the joints of each unit.

Mesa Grove Buildings 2 & 3

A new mixed-use community called The Grove on Main has replaced vacant lots and dilapidated buildings near the temple, which was dedicated in 1927. It has been recently renovated and will be rededicated and reopening in December 2021.

The project includes 240 apartments, 12 townhomes, 70,000 square feet of landscaped open space, ground floor retail space and underground parking.

The original visitors’ center will be replaced with a Discovery Center on the southwest corner of LeSueur and Main Street, across the street from the current temple grounds. This will be a combined family history and visitors’ center where visitors can enjoy various interactive exhibits, learn historical information about the temple, and do family history research. The facility will be free and open to the public.

Deseret Peak LDS Temple

The Deseret Peak Utah Temple will be a three-story building of approximately 70,000 square feet. The exterior of the temple will be clad in GFRC Panels simulated to look like cast stone.  The added copper shingles with complete this magnificent facade.

Inspiration for the architectural details was drawn from nearby historic tabernacles. Several flowers native to the Tooele Valley will be featured in the art glass and throughout interior and exterior including cliffrose and silvery lupine.

Arizona State University – ISTB7 Building is a project to be proud of!  The complexity of each individual GFRC geometric panel provided for it’s overall aethetics.  They also helped in achieving efficiency in temperature control from the hot Arizona sun rays.  Many thanks to all those who helped us in designing and carrying out this exquisite project.  May we mention that this project has already won many awards.
